Friendship Masonic Center is the perfect setting for Dances, Anniversaries, Receptions, Weddings,
Parties, Meetings, Seminars, Luncheons and Dinners.
Our facility is rented on an hourly basis, including an hour before and after each rental for set-up
and clean-up at no additional charge.
We have an on site manager during your event to assist you at anytime.
30% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED*
*NOTE: The deposit is refundable
if there is no damage to personal or real property of the lessor and lessee has performed general clean-up and there is no
cancellation. Fifty percent (50%) of the deposit shall not be refunded for any cancellation. Thirty percent (30%) of the deposit
shall not be returned for clean-up failure. Allow a minimun of 72 hours for any refundable deposit to be returned after the
date of rental. Other terms and conditions per Friendship Masonic Center's Rules and Regulations. Any violation of which may
result in termination of the event.
It is further agreed that the lessee will not violate any City,
County or State ordinances or laws within or without the premises or assign and/or subcontract the rental agreement without
written consent of the lessor. It is also agreed that the lessor is not responsible. nor liable for any loss, damage, or injury
to persons or property caused by the lessee, guests of the lessee or others with whom the lessee may employ or subcontract
services for the purpose of the rental.
